Peach

Peaches have fuzzy skin with juicy flesh that exudes a classic peach flavor, balancing sugar and acid for a well-rounded flavor. Peaches are great for fresh eating, jam, and desserts.

Available mid July through mid September

Nectarine

Nectarines have smooth skin with flesh that is aromatic, and juicy. A ripe nectarine’s texture is soft, its flavors balanced with layers both bright and sweet. They are suitable to be used in any recipe calling for peaches. Nectarines are best for fresh eating, jelly, and desserts.

Bartlett pear

Bartlett pears have a “true” pear shape and taste. They have a distinct flavor and sweetness, its white flesh has a smooth, buttery texture. Bartlett pears are good for jams, baking, and salads.

Paula Red apple

Paula Red apples are an attractive fruit with dusty red colored skin covered in gold spots. They have white flesh that is juicy and the flavor is both sweet and tart. Paula Reds are great for fresh eating, salads, and for applesauce.

Gingergold apple

Ginger Gold apples have a crisp, cream-colored flesh with a sweet, mildly tart taste. The flesh has a fine texture and does not brown right away when cut, making for a nicer appearance in fruit salads. Ginger Golds are good for fresh eating, salads, and baking.

Tydeman apple

Tydeman apples have a creamy, white, crisp-soft, juicy flesh reminiscent of its MacIntosh parent. Tydeman apples are best suited for raw applications like desserts, salads, and fresh eating.

Zestar apple

Zestar!™ These mid-western apples have a crisp, white flesh and a sweet-tart taste. Zestar! apples are best suited for fresh eating, salads, baking, and sauces.

Cortland apple

Cortland apples have crisp, finely-grained white flesh which is exceptionally juicy with a sharp, sweet-tart flavor. Being extremely slow to brown when cut, they are perfect for use in fresh apple preparations. Cortland apples are great for fresh eating, salads, baking, and sauces.

Macintosh apple

MacIntosh apples have crisp flesh that is exceptionally juicy and bright white in color. They are a good all-purpose apple that can be used cooked or raw and in both sweet and savory preparations. MacIntosh apples are great for fresh eating, baking, and sauces.

Gala apple

Gala apples have dense flesh which is creamy yellow and crisp, offering a mildly sweet flavor. The Gala apple shines in fresh preparations. Gala apples are perfect for use in salads and fresh eating.

Macoun apple

Macoun apples have a creamy white, tender-crisp flesh. They are extra sweet, with a rich, mild taste. Their crisp flesh and sweet taste are ideal for pies. Macouns are also good for eating fresh, and salads.

Mutsu apple

Mutsu apples have firm white flesh that is crisp and juicy with a sweet-tart flavor. An excellent keeper, the Mutsu apple will take on an even sweeter flavor in cold storage. Mutsu apples are great for pies, baking, and salads.

Empire apple

Empire apples have crisp and juicy flesh with a flavor that is sweet like a Red Delicious and tart like a MacIntosh. The Empire apples size and low susceptibility to bruising make them an excellent snacking apple. They are also good for baking, and salads.

Spartan apple

Spartan apples vary from bright red to dark purple red. Its crisp white flesh is aromatic and exceptionally juicy with a balanced sweet-tart apple flavor. Spartan apples are excellent for fresh eating, baking, and pies.

Red Delicious apple

Red Delicious apples have creamy white flesh that is slightly crisp and dense, offering a mildly sweet flavor and slightly flora aroma. Red Delicious apples are best for fresh eating, salads, and sauces.

Golden Delicious apple

Gold Delicious apples are firm, crisp, and white-fleshed. These apples have a balanced sweet-tart aromatic flavor. Golden Delicious is good for fresh eating, salads, and baking.

Rome apple

Rome apples are solid bright to deep red in color. Its creamy yellow flesh is crisp and dense offering a mildly sweet and tangy flavor. Rome apples are perfect for use in pies, sauces, and baking.

Northern Spy apple

Northern Spy apples have tender-crisp flesh which is creamy yellow and juicy. It imparts a bit of a tartness in its bite, but more of a cider-quality flavor with hints of sweetness. The Northern Spy is good for fresh eating, baking, and pies.
