Summer is in full swing, and the apples are growing bigger. 🙂
To assist their growth, we prune off the unnecessary branches. This helps with many things. It increases sunlight, boosts sugar content, deters pests, and creates more uniform ripening.
Just one of our many ways to create fruit with that crisp mountain flavor!
